Miss U.S. International
Never married, never given birth to a child, as of the start date of the state pageant event.
Must be 18-28 years of age as of October 1st of the competition year. Delegates may be 17 years of age provided that they reach their 18th birthday by October 1st of the competition year.
Gender: Entrant must be a naturally born genetic female.

PRELIMINARY PAGEANTS
A delegate is required to enter into a state preliminary pageant to qualify for the Miss U.S. International National Pageant™ if there is a state pageant.
Preliminary pageant entrant agrees to look solely to the preliminary Pageant Director with respect to all matters relating to her application, rules, regulations, policies, preparation, rehearsal, performance and selection process, and all other matters relating to the preliminary pageant. Harrison Productions, L.L.C., its members, managers, agents and employees are not liable to entrant for anything whatsoever in connection with the preliminary pageant.
Entrant agrees to attend the Miss U.S. International National Pageant™ if selected as the winner in a preliminary pageant and further abide by all the required services, rules and regulations governing this pageant. If Entrant decides not to enter the National Pageant, Entrant agrees to return the crown and sash in the same condition as received.
Winner of a preliminary pageant is not eligible to re-compete in the same preliminary pageant, unless approved by the director.
Winner of a preliminary pageant may re-enter the national pageant as an at-large delegate once she has fulfilled her obligations as specified by the rules and regulations of the preliminary pageant.
Participants of preliminary pageants who are not named as the winning titleholder(s) may apply to become an at-large delegate following the conclusion of the preliminary pageant at the discretion of the national and preliminary director.
Delegates may qualify for more than one preliminary pageant in the same competition year if they are at the final year of competition qualification and they meet the residency requirement of current or past residency, employment, student status, property owner or born in the state.
"AT-LARGE" ENTRY
“At-large” refers to the status of any delegate who enters the Miss U.S. International National Pageant™ directly at the national level without first winning a preliminary pageant.
Eligibility for at-large state titles are determined by meeting at least one of the following criteria:
Current or past residency, employment, student status, property owner or born in the state.
At-large titles are assigned upon receipt of paperwork, and payment in full of required fees. Payment plans are also available.
Harrison Productions, L.L.C. retains full and ultimate authority for any and all decisions regarding assignment of titles to at-large delegates for representation associated with the Miss U.S. International National Pageant™.
At large delegate agrees to look solely to their Regional Director with respect to all matters relating to the application, the preparation, rehearsal, performance and selection process and all other matters relating to this pageant.
Harrison Productions, L.L.C. retains the right to assign titles to at-large delegates at any time for upcoming Miss U.S. International National Pageant™ (i.e., a 2023 at-large state titleholder may be assigned during the 2024 calendar year, even if the title is being held contemporaneously by a 2024 at-large delegate).
RETURNING DELEGATES
Former national winners of Miss U.S. International are eligible to compete for Miss U.S. International if there are other franchises offered by the pageant, they cannot hold the Miss U.S. International title more than once.
At-large delegates may re-enter the national pageant from year to year.
Winners of preliminary pageants are not eligible to re-compete for the same state title unless approved by their state director, she may enter under another state or regional title with state director approval.
